Samantha Annette Dueck
Owner

With over 15 years of experience, I've studied the art of posing extensively. Understanding the human body and how it translates through the lens of the camera is my “Superpower”, and while I can't change what you look like, I CAN make you look like the best version of yourself. I can take off 5-10 lbs in posing alone, using angles and lighting.

I'm best known for my consultation-driven approach, I focus on understanding the person behind the brand before ever picking up the camera. I'm a two-time speaker at the Lens & Light Photography Summit, and have appeared on numerous podcasts. Mentorship to other photographers through education and community-building is also a big part of my life.

I couldn’t provide the level of service I do without my wonderful team highlighted below. I truly love what I do; it's incredibly satisfying to witness my clients' elevated brand and marketing results following a session with our studio. I look forward to connecting and doing the same for you!

Born and raised in Connecticut, LaToya has been graced to work in the hair and makeup industry for over 15 years. She began her journey working for various makeup companies such as Sephora and M.A.C. LaToya’s approach when working with clients is to always bring comfort and ease to their experience by enhancing and elevating their features, and then sharing in the joy when they take that first look in the mirror. LaToya has received countless kudos and compliments from our clients who have experienced her talents, and we are very lucky to have her on the team.

Holly Corsano - Hair and Makeup Artist

Holly Corsano is a freelance hair and makeup artist in New York City. Holly is a licensed cosmetologist with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She graduated from Fordham University with a major in fashion design before receiving her official cosmetology license from Brio Academy in 2009. Highly regarded for her attention to detail, Holly focuses on highlighting and enhancing your natural beauty. With her extensive experience and skill, you can be confidant of your every hair and makeup need, from a natural glow and effortless hair to full glam suitable for the red carpet. Feeling like yourself is Holly’s main priority. She will work with you to make sure you are comfortable while being camera ready.

Meet Maggie, the newest addition to our team and the founder of Your Closet Confidante. She helps people feel seen, confident, and completely themselves through intentional, heart-led styling.

Born and raised in Connecticut and now based between Manhattan and Connecticut, Maggie brings nearly a decade of fashion-industry experience and a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Design & Business. She blends expert knowledge with intuitive guidance to translate identity and branding into clothing that feels aligned, elevated, and camera-ready.

Whether refining everyday wardrobes or preparing clients for personal branding shoots, Maggie curates looks that honor her clients’ personality, energy, and vision. Every look is intentionally crafted to align their style with their personal brand and leave a lasting impression.

With Maggie, styling becomes more than choosing clothes - it’s an empowering experience that elevates her client's wardrobe, sharpens their personal brand, and sparks confidence.

Meet Taneaka Parker, one of our dedicated Personal Stylists! Originally from Bridgeport, CT, Taneaka spent eight years in DC before returning to her roots. Her love for thrifting and vintage fashion inspired her to create Skeletons In My Closet in 2013, where she now curates an eclectic collection of unique finds and offers wardrobe consulting, styling, and personal shopping; skills she utilizes to elevate your photography experience with us. When Taneaka isn't immersed in the world of fashion, you might find her cozied up with a Starbucks chai latte or embracing the joys of summer outdoors. John Deptulski - Lead Cinematographer

Meet John, our dedicated Cinematographer, who you will meet if you’re looking to add a Signature Brand Story to your marketing strategy.  John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Video Production from SCSU. He brings incredible talent along with a positive and cheerful attitude. With extensive experience working with renowned brands such as Canon, Gozney, and Charbroil, John has cultivated his skillset in creating compelling visual content. Passionate about community engagement, he also dedicates his talents to local companies and nonprofits, including Recovery Network of Programs and Liv It Up, helping to amplify their messages through powerful video and audio production.
